#ImpeachAtTheBeach (San Francisco)

Hosted by Indivisible SF

Join us at Ocean Beach (near the Cliff House) at 11:00am on Saturday June 1st as we help the legendary Brad create a brand new I-M-P-E-A-C-H human banner. It’s CADem weekend and MiveOn presidential forum weekend so every big name D will be in town, including Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris & Kirsten Gilibrand. A peaceful, no-cost, family-friendly event, hosted by and organizer Brad Newsham.

Five thousand people (or more) will arrange their bodies to spell out “IMPEACH” in 150-foot-tall letters stretching for 610 feet on Ocean Beach in San Francisco, to be photographed from above.
The helicopter arrives at midday, so get there early and don’t miss out!

This is a great opportunity to make ourselves seen and heard, and immediately after the event we plan to head off to the MoveOn forum and the CADem event with our IMPEACH signs and banners - so BRING IMPEACH SIGNS AND BANNERS, & be prepared for a long and impeachful day!!!

Stop Hate! Stand for Love! Human Banner (San Francisco)

Bring your body where your beliefs are and join us on Ocean Beach to create a human banner spelling STOP HATE! in 100 foot letters. This will be a peaceful, family-friendly event countering the alt right rally on Crissy Field and celebrating Women's Equality Day ( in a safe and positive way.

Meet on the at the Ocean Beach Fire Pits (across from the Beach Chalet Restaurant) by 2pm, fill out an address label and we'll send you a photo card of the event. We will organize into letters and a helicopter will arrive to take photos at 3:30. Plan to disburse by 4pm.

It will cost about $3,000. for the helicopter and postcards. Please make a donation to help cover these costs. Any overflow money will be donated to a group that combats violent extremism (

If enough people sign up, we will add the words STAND FOR LOVE to our "human sign". If you and your crew would wear either black, white or hot pink we can create a cool effect by coloring the letters, but no pressure, we don't want to separate friends if they don't want to. Just join us in the spirit of inclusion and social justice and we'll work it out on the beach.

We will need volunteers to help the day of. Please email:

Volunteers please arrive at 1pm across from the Beach Chalet.

If you'd like, bring something to share; a story, a craft, a guitar if you play or just your good attitude. Let's spread kindness, empower eachother, nourish hope and walk our talk this day.
