Funny thing about that Special Congressional Election in Georgia - turns out Judson Hill, one of the Republican candidates who didn't make the runoff against Jon Ossoff, vacated his state senate seat (GA-32) to run and there will be a special election May 18th to fill it. Democrat Christine Triebsch was the top vote getter in the jungle primary, but she's got a Republican close behind. Christine is a Family Law attorney and her Republican opponent is the President of the medical group founded by HHS Secretary Tom Price. If we can help Christine #Turn32Blue, it will break the Republicans' Super Majority in the Georgia Senate!
Get your weekly political activism out of the way early and join us at Virgil's Sea Room for a Monday happy hour and postcard writing to democratic voters in GA-32 to GOTV to help turn this local seat blue! We have the addresses and sample script.
Bring your phone, so we can text you addresses. Bring some money for postage, and pick up a postcard or two on your way if you can. We will provide postcards as well!
